Payment Terms

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Refund/ Cancellation/ Termination policy

Any refund will not be done once a membership is approved or a registration is successful for any event.

The cancellation of membership or cancellation of event registration is subjected to any disciplinary action will be taken solely decided by the Society. A refund of the membership fee or event registration fee will not be applicable in such cases.
