  • Presenting author: max 2 abstracts, max 1 per category

  • Topics across Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy

Submissions close at midnight. Late submissions will not be accepted. The ScientificCommittee reserves the right to reject abstracts not meeting guidelines.

Preparation Guidelines

  • English only · Times New Roman · 12pt · Double-spaced

  • Blinded review — no identifying info in title or body text

  • Word limit: 300 words (excluding title and affiliations)

  • IEC approval document mandatory for all studies

  • Structure: Background / Aims / Methods / Results / Conclusion

  • Conflict of interest declaration is mandatory

  • Abstract must be original & not presented at any previous IADVL conference

  • Residents: submit HOD letter certifying authenticity and category

  • Topics across Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy
