• Regular year wise Community Dermatology projects in various corners of the state

• Online IADVL WB NEWS to archive our academic and organizational activities

• Strengthening IADVL Academy to support serous research work

• Sensitizing and guiding PLMs into IADVL activities

• Establishing Practice management cell

• Identifying and nurturing future leaders

• Recognition and support or seniors/ teachers/ retired members

• Anti Quackery Cell- Relentless crusade to clean up the system

• Cultural cell- to identify and encourage creative talents of our members

• Dynamic: To make the IADVL WB more responsive, vibrant and future oriented we will be reaching to each of our members to enroll as e-voters

• Decentralize: Opening IADVL district/combined district units in several parts of the state to make the basic foundation of the Organization stronger and wider based.

• Democratize: Formation of a State council under IADVL, WB as mentioned in our state constitution. The yearly state council meeting will be convened during MIDCUTICON, as per constitutional provision.

• Digitalize: Complete digitalization of IADVL WB with setting up of a dynamic website and different active social media handles like Instagram, Twitter, FB
