As per direction of the National IADVL Secretariat, you are requested to submit the following information as early as possible. We have to send the details of all the members of IADVL West Bengal State Branch to the National Secretary for updating the National Directory.

Please fill up the following Proforma in Block Letters and send by 30th June 2010, to the Secretary IADVL WB at the following address:
